2010 Brings New Challenges

2010 brings us new challenges as we embark on further projects in Surbiton and Farncombe in Surrey.

Channon Court, Surbiton:
Following the successful completion of the conversion of 11 flats in Weybridge for A E Thorogood Ltd, we have been appointed as Construction Managers at Channon Court, Surbiton, which entails the addition of 4 new flats at roof level, 3 further flats in the undercroft area, a reclad of the whole building and installation of a new passenger lift. The development is working to the ‘Eco Homes - Excellent' rating and is due to complete in May / June 2010.

St. John's Street, Farncombe:
We were delighted to be appointed for the construction of 11 new houses in Farncombe, near Godalming for Countrywide Design Ltd. The project is on an extremely fast programme with timber frame being installed in March.

Other projects starting on site in 2010 include:

- Workshop annexe and internal alterations at Christopher's Hospice, for CHASE
  Hospice Care for Children, Guildford, Surrey

- 4,000 ft2 winery extension for Ridgeview Winery, Ditchling, East Sussex

- 6 new ‘Eco Homes - Excellent' houses at Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey

- Barn refurbishment work for Mr. P Stovold
