Woodley Lucas are a construction project management consultancy based in Seale, near Farnham in Surrey. We specialise in new build and refurbishment projects primarily offering Construction Management services; we also carry out our own speculative developments. Projects include residential, commercial and retail properties.

Our office is in a lovely Grade 2 listed stone barn in rural surroundings with plenty of parking.

We have an expanding list of projects, specifically in the new build residential sector where our Construction Management service has proved very popular with our Clients.
