Client Brief
Heidi Gosman and Penny Klein created a new retail concept for ladies holiday wear and treatments and decided to launch the first of a chain of shops. The store design concept was prepared by HMKM and we were asked to provide a package of Project Management, Cost Control and Planning Supervisor from inception through to the opening of the store.

The designer recommended our appointment to the client based on experience with us on various projects over a number of years including Selfridges London, Harvey Nichols and Jerry's Homestores.

Project Summary:
Working closely with the designers we developed the concept into a package, which was then negotiated with a contractor. The final retail concept evolved whilst the project was progressing and cost control became a very important aspect. The project was completed on budget and on time.
