Client Brief
At pre construction stage we were responsible for providing Design Management, Value Engineering, and Cost Control of the retail shopfitting package. We were also responsible for procurement, monitoring of manufacture and shipping.

We were asked to Project Manage the installation and on site activities of the suppliers up to completion.

Project Summary:
Working within the Norman Foster designed building, Woodley Lucas co-ordinated the design, installation of various retail areas within the store - ladies' fashion, fashion accessories, children's wear, food hall and homewares.

Woodley Lucas were also shopfit co-ordinators and principle co-ordinators of the cosmetics halls.
